Can I return a product?
We have a 7-day return policy for domestic orders, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request for a return.
When are you eligible to return a product?
Items will be considered for return only if product along with its original packaging and price tag is intact and the product has not been used or damaged.
How can I initiate a return request?
To start a return request you can contact us at helpdesk@tanandloom.com with a photograph of the product with price tag intact. If your return is accepted, we’ll initiate the pick-up of the product in its original packaging from the registered address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What is the refund policy?
If your return request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Please note that the refund will be manually processed, and you will need to provide your bank account details for the transfer, which will be completed via NEFT bank transfer. Additionally, a courier charge, based on the size of the product, will apply and will be deducted from the refund amount before processing.
Courier charge for small sized products: Rs.150 (box size up to 23.5 x 15 x 6.5 cms)
Courier charge for medium sized products: Rs. 250 (box size up to 25.5 x 18.5 cm x 10.5 cms)
Shipment charge for large sized products: Rs.450 (box size up to 32 x 28 x 11 cms)
Shipment charge for extra-large sized products: Rs.750 (box size up to 44 x 38 x 10 cms)
What happens if the product you receive is damaged?
We take extra care to package our products securely. However, in case you receive a product that’s been damaged during transportation, please send us picture within 24 hours (no exceptions to extend this period) of receiving the item. A return & refund will be initiated thereafter.

Refunds and exchanges are not eligible for sale items, custom-made products and for international orders.
